Like our first course, this one delves into both theory and practice, but with greater depth. You’ll explore coffee from farm to cup, gaining a deeper understanding of the entire process.

We’ll focus on espresso tasting, using sensory techniques and a refractometer to assess extraction. You’ll also learn the chemistry behind milk alternatives like almond, soy, and oat milk, and discover three new coffee processing methods and varieties. Plus, you’ll dive into the rich history of coffee and cafés while refining your tasting skills with an espresso report.

In latte art, you’ll master two more techniques—pushing and wiggling—and explore 30 international coffee beverages, giving you a well-rounded understanding of global coffee culture.

This course includes an internationally recognized certification, with practical and theory exams. It takes about 10-12 days, but we’ll continue until you’ve mastered the art.
